Really good overall experience. Tidy place with exceptionally helpful and very professional staff and stunning view of the sunset. A safe, television, and coffee/tea making machines in the room and the comfortable bed. Good food at breakfast served in the restaurant. Location close to a Portuguese restaurant as well as Basotho Hat and Pioneer Mall. Also, close to everything:)))

The guest room was great value and neat with 2 queen beds. the awesome shower was a highlight. - the magnificent location near shopping malls made it easy to get to key attractions.

It's an enchanting and wonderful place to stay just 2 miles away from a modern mall. the location is very central and not too far away from downtown. - the staff are amazingly nice and answered every question I had.

The hotel had a fireplace near the coffee shop and bar, which added to the exceptional experience. The food options were great with a variety of choices for both buffet and a la carte dining. The breakfast was impressive, with no reused items and a pleasant surprise. The rooms were comfortable, with comfortable beds and pillows, and everything was spotless. The hotel also had blackout curtains to ensure a perfect sleep. every penny spent was worth it.

The weekend spent in the hotel was salvaged thanks to the comforting bed and a peaceful room. The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were impressive and greatly appreciated. The hotel's location is central to many amenities and stores.

Parking was also convenient and our car was safely parked throughout our stay.

our stay at avani was absolutely amazing. after a long drive from botswana, we felt right at home. the friendly staff, great swimming pool, and delicious made-to-order omelettes and stir fries really stood out to us. it exceeded our expectations and made our trip to maseru even more memorable.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent directions. The hotel has successfully reinvented itself and remains great value. Security is top-notch with lobby and elevator monitoring. Property, area, and design are impressive. Receptionist and breakfast staff were both friendly and helpful.

We found the prices at the bar and restaurant to be very reasonable, allowing us to enjoy our stay without breaking the bank. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was commendable. From the well-situated location near the center of the city, we were able to easily explore the area and visit various attractions. We were also impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were more than sufficient, and the clean and well-maintained rooms with large queen beds made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Lastly, the highlight of our mornings was the delicious breakfast with a stunning view.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Maseru which was conveniently located at a crossroad before the resort. The hotel was in the center of town, close to a carwash that played music as loud as a dance club until 21:00. The room was spacious and warm, with clean towels and complimentary water. The staff were friendly and provided excellent room service. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel had a coffee shop and bar with a cozy atmosphere, complete with a fireplace. a great experience.

There was a slight inconvenience regarding the hotel's policy about bringing in outside food. It would have been helpful if they had clarified that outside food was not allowed, especially when they mentioned packed lunches in their general list of amenities.
